Don’t watch the clock ! Do what it does.. keep going !

*BIO-CLOCK*

If we have to go out, we set the alarm at 4.00 am in the morning and go to sleep. But sometimes, we get up before the alarm.  This is Bio-clock

Many people believe generally that they die at the age of 80 – 90.   

Many set up their own Bio-clock believing that at the age of 50-60 all diseases will come. 

That’s why generally people get sick at 50-60 and die at an early stage. We unknowingly set up our Bio-clock incorrectly. 

Most people in China live up to 100 years.  Their Bio-clock is set up like that.

So friends, 

1. We will tweak our Bio-clock so that we can live to be at least 120 years old.  Remember age is just a number. But old age is a mindset. Some people are young at 75 years while some feel old at 40.

2. We should believe that at 40 to 60 years there is no chance of getting any disease.

3. Look young.  Do not allow the appearance of ageing.

4. Be active.  Go jogging instead of walking.

5. Believe that health can increase with age.  (It’s true). 

6. This mind is the reason for everything.  Never ever allow the Bio-clock set your ending.

Always spread love, compassion, humanity, kindness and selflessness to all !
